Ai sensi dell’art. 13 del Regolamento Europeo (UE) 2016/679 (di seguito GDPR), la sottoscritta sig.ra Claudia Re, proprietaria della Casa Privata Mori 11, La informa, nella Sua qualità di soggetto Interessato, che i Suoi dati personali saranno trattati con correttezza e trasparenza, nel pieno rispetto della normativa vigente in materia di protezione dei dati personali e con l’attuazione di tutte le misure di sicurezza, tecniche ed organizzative, ritenute idonee ai fini della tutela dei predetti dati. Intende pertanto fornire all’Interessato l’informativa completa sulle finalità e sulle modalità del trattamento dei dati personali forniti.

I dati forniti saranno trattati al fine di adempiere alle richieste di informazioni da Lei avanzate; consentire e gestire le sue richieste e nel caso, per acquisire e confermare la sua prenotazione di servizi di alloggio e servizi accessori e per fornire i servizi richiesti. Nel caso di successiva conferma di prenotazione saranno trattati anche al fine di adempiere agli obblighi previsti in ambito fiscale e contabile; nonché adempiere all’obbligo di comunicazione alla Questura, per fini di pubblica sicurezza, delle generalità degli Ospiti e delle informazioni al portale mori11.it.
I dati personali potranno essere trattati a mezzo sia di archivi cartacei che informatici (ivi compresi dispositivi portatili e mezzi telematici) e trattati con modalità strettamente e necessarie a far fronte alle finalità sopra indicate.

In fact, they could deduce from them the possible belonging of the client to associations, confessions, political parties, or information on the state of health and that is those data that reveal "the racial or ethnic origin, and / or political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs o trade union membership, as well as genetic data, biometric data intended to uniquely identify a natural person, data relating to the person's health or sexual life or sexual orientation ". These categories of data could be processed only with your free and explicit consent.

6. Provision of data and consequences of failure to communicate personal data

7. Data retention

Your personal data, subject to processing for the purposes indicated above for which they are collected and processed, will be kept for the duration of the contract and for the time necessary to provide the interested party with the requested services, and, subsequently, for the time in which the Data Controller is subject to conservation obligations for tax purposes or other purposes, provided for by law or regulation, in compliance with the principles of lawfulness, pursuant to art. 5 GDPR 679/2016, subject to your free and explicit express consent.

11. Rights of the data subject

The rights reserved to you by the GDPR include those of:
• Ask the Data Controller to access your personal data and information relating to them; the correction of inaccurate data or the integration of incomplete ones; the deletion of personal data concerning you (upon the occurrence of one of the conditions indicated in Article 17, paragraph 1 of the GP and in compliance with the exceptions provided for in paragraph 3 of the same article); the limitation of the processing of your personal data (in the event of one of the hypotheses indicated in art. 18, paragraph 1 of the GDPR);
• Request and obtain from the Data Controller - in the hypothesis in which the legal basis of the processing is the contract or consent, and the same is carried out by automated means - your personal data in a structured and readable format by an automatic device, even at purpose of communicating such data to another data controller (so-called right to the portability of personal data);
• Oppose at any time to the processing of your personal data in the event of particular situations concerning you;
• Withdraw consent at any time, limited to cases in which the processing is based on your consent for one or more specific purposes and concerns common personal data (for example date and place of birth or place of residence) or particular categories of data ( e.g. data revealing your racial origin, political views, religious beliefs, health status or sex life).
