Very close to the house are the Comunione Calaverde's pool (accessible with a small surcharge from mid-June to mid-September), and the pizzeria bar.
Inside the Comunione Calaverde there is a playground for the children, two tennis courts and a basketball scoreboard (tennis courts also accessible with a small surcharge).
A few meters from the house is the small port of Calaverde for berths and where you can rent inflatable boats for excursions, equipment for scuba diving and/or fishing tourism.
